Entry Level HR Assistant Location Mount Holly, NJ : Join our team today and immerse yourself in a rewarding career for years to come! As a Human Resources Assistant, you will work in an administrative setting based out of Mt. Holly, Burlington County NJ.
Schedule: Full-time; Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with one-hour unpaid lunch
Responsibilities: Coordinate new hire process Welcome all new hires to orientation while providing excellent customer service Assist new employee's during the orientation process, including training on new hire paperwork Prepare new hire packets for orientation Prepare new hire packets for payroll Keep up to date on agency and funding course requirements and assist in ensuring compliance Track outstanding new hire paperwork Schedule employees for training Assist with onboarding new hires by coordinating offers of employment, communicating with management and meeting new hires to collect required items Benefits: Competitive salary Supplemental income Medical, Dental, Vision, 403(b) Generous paid time off benefits Opportunity for personal and career growth Team oriented environment - we practice the FISH!
