Pay Range: $21.50 - $28.00 per hour
THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB Location: Miami, FL
Responsibilities: Assist the Events Coordinator in the planning and execution of various events Coordinate event logistics, such as venue sourcing, catering, and AV equipment Manage event registration and attendee lists, including tracking RSVPs and sending event updates Assist with marketing and promotional activities, including creating event flyers and online listings Liaise with vendors and suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, and troubleshooting Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or a related field Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite and event management software Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes Bonus Points: Dental Insurance Disability Insurance Health Insurance Flexible Spending Account
