Responsibilities: As an Entry Level Event Marketing / Event Management Associate, your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the planning and coordination of events, including logistics, venue selection, and vendor management. Contributing to the development of event marketing strategies and promotional campaigns. Collaborating with marketing teams to create engaging content for event promotion across various channels, including social media, email, and print. Engaging with clients and stakeholders to understand their event objectives and requirements, and ensuring their needs are met throughout the planning process. Providing on-site support during events, including setup, registration, and attendee assistance. Assisting with post-event evaluation and analysis, gathering feedback and insights to inform future event planning and marketing efforts. Staying informed about industry trends and best practices in event marketing and management. Qualifications: To excel in this role, you'll need:
