Job Description: We are is seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Entry Level Event Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in planning and executing a variety of corporate events, including conferences, workshops, and client meetings. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Range: $1100 - $1350 weekly
Responsibilities include: Assist in planning and coordinating all aspects of events, from initial concept to final execution Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal team members to ensure smooth event operations Help manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodation arrangements Create and maintain detailed event schedules and timelines Assist with event marketing and promotional activities, including social media, email campaigns, and print materials Coordinate event registration and attendee communication Support on-site event management, including setup, teardown, and addressing any issues that arise Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Benefits: 401(k) Matching Disability Insurance Employee Assistance Program Flexible Schedule Flexible Spending Account
