Entry Level Commercial Lines Account Manager
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Commercial Lines Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our commercial clients while assisting with various account management tasks.
Job Duties:
* Assist in the preparation of insurance proposals, quotes, and renewal presentations for commercial clients.
* Conduct thorough reviews of insurance policies to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, endorsements, and other necessary information.
* Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, addressing their insurance-related questions and concerns.
* Process policy changes, endorsements, and certificates of insurance accurately and efficiently.
* Maintain electronic and paper files in an organized manner, ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
* Assist Account Executives in the development and implementation of insurance strategies to meet clients' risk management needs.
* Coordinate with other departments, such as claims and underwriting, to provide seamless service to clients.

Expectations:
* Must hold a Property and Casualty insurance license
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus but not required
