Responsibilities
• Qualify, educate, and complete the sales process directly with customers• Manage the entirety of the sales cycle• Respond to complaints, resolve issues, and answer questions• Utilize negotiation skills in recommending new sales opportunities• Present additional discounts, promotions, and cross-selling opportunities• Facilitate growth of customer accounts with other Account Managers• Hit daily and weekly KPI's
Requirements
• BA/BS in Management, Communications, Sales, or Entrepreneurship preferred• 2-3 years of customer-facing experience required• Self-confident and professional demeanor• Driven and goal-oriented• Excellent communication skills• Discipline and professionalism
