Responsibilities
• Qualify, educate, and complete the sales process with customers.• Manage the sales cycle from customer introduction to closing.• Resolve complaints, answer questions, and recommend new sales opportunities.• Present discounts, promotions, and cross-selling opportunities.• Facilitate customer account growth with other Account Managers.
Requirements
• BA/BS in Management, Communications, Sales, or Entrepreneurship preferred.• 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role required.• Self-confident, professional, and upbeat demeanor.• Goal-oriented with excellent communication skills.• Discipline and professionalism in adhering to company procedures.
