The Role
As a Customer Account Manager, you'll oversee a defined portfolio of clients, driving expansion and retention goals. A stellar communicator, problem-solver, and strategic thinker, you'll excel in sales and service, fostering lasting relationships with our valued clients. You thrive on continual learning, adaptability, and collaboration within a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Meet Net Revenue Retention (NRR) goals through effective retention, churn, and upsell strategies.
Conduct comprehensive Account Reviews to deliver compelling value propositions and maximize partnerships.
Utilize various sales tactics to engage with clients and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
Collaborate with Sales and Implementation teams to understand client needs and ensure successful product adoption.
Partner with the Customer Success team to deliver outstanding service experiences.
Work cross-functionally to forecast and mitigate churn effectively.
Participate in product promotions and events to drive new sales and upsell opportunities.
Utilize our tech stack (including Salesforce, Quoter, and Vitally) to manage accounts, maintain updates, and forecast opportunities.
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated track record of exceeding KPIs within a SaaS B2B environment.
Strong technical aptitude, particularly in MS Office and Google Suite.
Exceptional organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and clear communication.
Leadership capabilities, effective time management, and conflict resolution skills.
Attention to detail, highly organized, and committed to follow-through.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Desired Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems.
Familiarity with HR software products.
Experience in negotiating and communicating MRR, ARR, and implementation fees.
Travel Requirements
Occasional travel may be required for meetings, events, or trade shows (approximately 4-6 times per year).
What We Offer You: Compensation and Benefits
Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $90,000 base plus up to $20,000 variable compensation.
Full-time, exempt position.
