Job summary
The Cigna Group's Internal Agency is seeking ambitious and detail-oriented account coordinator candidates to execute creative projects in support of its three key accounts.Candidates will be responsible for supporting the Agency's Account Management teams to flawlessly deliver and execute our best work, on strategy, on time, on budget, and with superior quality.The Account Coordinator will represent the best of our agency, establishing trust, setting, managing and meeting expectations and commitments, to help become the agency of choice for our partners.

Responsibilities
• Assisting in the day-to-day administration of the account• Maintaining awareness of creative project activities and providing project management support• Communicating effectively to convey project details and keep the team on track• Delivering flawless execution of marketing campaigns and programs• Creating detailed statements of work and project plans• Serving as the day-to-day contact for clients and business partners• Taking ownership of issues and actively solving them• Developing and delivering effective creative briefs• Facilitating presentations and internal briefings• Managing budget estimates and reports
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience• 2+ years of experience in an advertising agency or highly strategic in-house agency• Strong organizational and project management skills• Excellent communication and presentation skills• Highly collaborative, driven, compassionate, and curious• Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly-matrixed environment• Positive attitude and ability to work from a Cigna office 50% of the time• Internet connection with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload
