Pivot Path Solutions is currently seeking a talented Entellitrak Integration Engineer to join us to support a DoD customer. This is a remote position, however candidates are preferred based in Washington D.C. Metro area. Project Description:
The objective of the project is to provide the implementation and sustainment of the Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) product in each of the environments (Development, Test & Production) and provide operations, sustainment, engineering support and system updates. System updates include, but are not limited to version upgrades, performance improvements, trouble ticket / production issue resolution, and architectural changes, which will be documented as user stories prioritized in a product backlog in client's agile collaboration tool. Support will also include all cybersecurity activities to remain compliant with client policy and maintain accreditation. Key Roles/Responsibilities: Sustain of a COTS solution using the client provided Java-based platform that supports both Java and Java Enterprise Edition (JEE) framework. Configure COTS solution by setting up disaster recovery environments on Military Cloud (milCloud) Work closely with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) vender and their support team to confirm the design, configuration and implementation strategy. Troubleshooting tool and system problems and collaborating with other teams to resolve problems across the organization. Sustainment support, this shall/may include, but no limited to, resolution to production issues, trouble ticket management, regular maintenance of system components (e.g. SQL Server database), root cause analysis, and database performance testing and tuning. Provide support for the client's independent verification and validation (IV&V) testing for an Authorization to Operate (ATO). Key Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems management, mathematics, engineering or related field or equivalent work experience 10+ years of IT experience including system integration and system interface development Experience sustaining a COTS solutions on DoD network preferred Demonstrated some experience in developing DoD systems utilizing DoDI 5000.02 agile development process Knowledge of computer concepts and techniques to develop and apply automated solutions to engineering, scientific, or business data acquisition and management problems Experience troubleshooting data base schemas What We Offer:
