The Alexandria VA Medical Center is seeking a full-time, BC/BE, Primary Care Physician to serve as a member of its Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) Team at our Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Lafayette, LA. Highlights of this position include: Competitive Starting Salary $210,000-$235,000 Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm Position is telework eligible Travel may be required up to 25% Provide care to approximately 12-20 outpatients daily in an outpatient setting Responsible for all facets of acute patient care Will assist in completing quality management reviews. Responsible for the successful achievement of applicable Performance Measure and Monitors his/her areas of responsibility.
