And here is a sneak peek, how life at allnex sites looks like - Position overview Do you enjoy being a part of an Engineering and Capital Projects team who works closely with production, safety, health and environment, quality and external contractor to make more efficient manufacturing processes. As an Engineering & Project Manager, you will be managing projects, budgets and process improvements. You'll also be developing and mentoring department personnel to their full potential. In this role, you will also be supporting process safety management program to meet government and corporate requirement.

Responsibilities Responsible for coordination and control all aspects of engineering projects and oversee effective implementation of manufacturing excellence initiatives, projects and processes. Lead automation efforts and responsible for maintaining, upgrading and fully utilizing control systems. Conduct Process Safety Management activities such as management of change, process hazards analyses, pre-startup safety reviews. Lead Mechanical Integrity program by interacting with 3rd party engineers and inspectors to schedule and conduct inspections, interpret reports, and drive the execution of follow-up actions. Support Quality Management System efforts through ownership of detailed operating procedures, execution of corrective actions, and participation in internal audit program. Develop and oversee the implementation of annual capital spending plans and regularly monitor costs and progression of all engineering projects. Lead, motivate and develop engineering department personnel. Define each project a critical spare part list and maintenance strategy to support the management of MRO inventory at cost effective levels while maximizing reliability. Required skills and experience 5 years and above of experience in related chemical manufacturing industry. Excellent interpersonal and project management skills. Ability to transfer technologies from Pilot Plant stage to commercial state. Strong communication skills in verbal and written form. High level of proficiency in computer applications. Broadly knowledgeable in chemical processing equipment and various unit operations. Qualifications Master or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Process Engineering or other technical field.
