Engineering Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and project management, with the ability to oversee multiple projects from conception to completion. The Engineering Program Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams in the execution of engineering projects
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders
- Ensure that projects meet quality standards and customer requirements
- Manage resources and allocate tasks to team members
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and objectives
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members
- Drive continuous improvement and best practices within the engineering organization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in engineering project management
- Proven track record of successfully delivering engineering projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working in a cross-functional team environment
- Knowledge of project management software and tools
- PMP certification is a plus
