Responsibilities
• Conduct regular inspections and perform preventative maintenance for facilities, equipment, and systems• Maintain logs and records to support operation and maintenance of critical systems• Operate and maintain the central utilities plant• Maintain the buildings and grounds• Respond to service calls, troubleshoot and complete repairs• Work during scheduled plant shutdown days
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent• Minimum of 3 years facility maintenance and/or construction experience• Working knowledge of operation, maintenance, and repair of plant utility systems• Prefer certification and/or licenses in Boiler Operator (High Pressure) and electrical• Knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems
