Expected Outcomes and Requirements:
Gateway Fiber is seeking a detail-oriented Engineering Administrator to work collaboratively with our customer service and construction teams to help achieve our commitment to customer experience.  The Engineering Administrator is expected to contribute in the following significant ways: Ensure successful customer activation by confirming serviceability & assigning appropriate network information. Investigate internal requests to confirm a customer's serviceability. Assign and enter port information and correct fiber strand into customer ticket ahead of final installation. Work cross functionally to confirm network status and resolve serviceability discrepancies. Track & process Engineering/Splicing changes by using Gateway's established processes. Work cross functionally with internal teams to resolve errors identified in engineering records.  Maintain engineering records in line with Gateway's established quality standards and processes. What you'll bring to the table: Proven ability to work cross functionally and collaboratively. Demonstrated ability to adhere to established quality standards and processes. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities. Detail oriented with a strong emphasis on documentation accuracy. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to adapt to and learn different software programs (e.g., Smartsheets, CRM). Self-starter and efficient at managing time. Associates degree in business administration, engineering, or related field. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working at a computer. What's in it for you?
