As the Operations Engineer, here's the work you'll do: Confer with engineers and other personnel to prepare and write operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical information. Address daily production related issues on shop floor. Participate in continuous improvement projects Maintain process layouts Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
This role is for you if you have these skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before employees of organization.. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to: compute rate, ratio and percent, draw and interpret bar graphs. Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to contribute to problem solutions involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Knowledge in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and AutoCAD or other 3D Drawing/Modeling software. Strong mechanical aptitude. Ability to prepare procedures and technical reports with assistance. And these qualifications: Bachelor in Engineering, Engineering Technology or related field; prefer IE or ME 1 year Engineering experience. This can include internships. Valid driver's license required Great attitude and team player. Successful completion of background screening process.
In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $61,040 - $91,560. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
