Engineer Infrastructure Engineering - U.S. Based Remote

Join our Anywhere Real Estate Inc's Infrastructure team supporting a large, complex, and diverse environment!ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Proficient in CommVault backup and storage solutions, with demonstrated hands-on experience.Ability to effectively apply CommVault software for backup, recovery, and storage management purposes.Build and maintain Microsoft servers and clusters on physical machines, virtual machines, and in the cloud.Assist with building and configuring IaaS and PaaS cloud services using JSON scripts or other deployment methods.Respond to incidents based on automated alerts and notifications from an offshore support team, including participation in an on-call rotation.Participate in projects by attending project meetings and delivering on tasks as assigned.Streamline deployment processes for cloud infrastructure using innovative techniques, reducing deployment times, and improving overall operational efficiency.Storage managementMinimum qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in STEM related field or 5+ equivalent years of experience supporting a large, complex, and diverse environment.Phenomenal problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and excellent analytical abilityExcellent judgment and dedication to high levels of customer happiness.A broad base of technical knowledge including:Commvault, VMWare vSphere, vCenter, VSAN, and Horizon.Blade and server technologies such as Dell or Cisco UCS.Microsoft Windows Server and clustering.Storage area networks (Commvault, Netapp, Pure).Virtual machines and related resources in Azure and Amazon Web Services.Preferred qualificationsTechnical knowledge of backup software, with an emphasis on Commvault backups.Proficiency with Linux operating systems, including Red Hat and Ubuntu.Familiarity with industry security standards, including Center for Internet Security benchmarks.Knowledge of VMWare Vcenter environments, with hands-on experience in constructing and managing VMWare ESX Servers.Certifications in Azure and AWS infrastructure management#LI-LG#LI-RemoteExciting News:EEO Statement:EOE AA M/F/Vet/DisabilityCompensation Range:$97,000 - $130,000; At Anywhere, actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
