Responsibilities
• Manage project operations and delegate tasks• Lead client calls and develop client relationships• Mentor and develop junior staff• Support internal initiatives and contribute to ADL's growth• Maintain professionalism and be a role model for junior staff
Requirements
• 6-10 years of commercial experience in buildings sector• Strong business case or consulting experience• Self-starter with motivation and ability to thrive in uncertain situations• Passion for innovation and positive change in buildings sector• Excellent writing and communication skills• Curiosity and passion for technology commercialization• Interpersonal skills with research and organization abilities• Undergraduate degree and/or graduate degree
