We serve functional business leaders in high-growth and mid-market companies seeking executive recruitment, coaching, and leadership development support. 
We are looking for an Engagement Coordinator to help bring a human-centered approach to client relationship management, client engagement, internal operations, and marketing. In this role, you will be the liaison between executive recruiting and coaching team, candidates, and clients. You will manage the scheduling, CRM, marketing, and client engagement needs of both practices.

The Engagement Coordinator will support the executive recruitment, coaching and leadership development practices with the full client lifecycle of activities from pre-sales, marketing, to post-sale implementation and engagement. This individual will champion the client and associate experience, ensuring that we are organized, proactive, and thoughtful throughout the client journey. 
Responsibilities may include but not be limited to:  Support the marketing strategy by coordinating social media content, campaigns, and client engagement programming.   Manage and coordinate existing sales materials, customize content for client proposals, research client prospects, and assist in completing RFP or proposal requests as needed Manage CRM inputs, data integrity, and reporting for both practices  Manage the contracting and new PI client implementation and training process to close Provide client support on any process, system, or coordinating issues  Develop initial client proposals and customize project plans aligned with both prospective and existing client delivery  Support monthly client management discussions focused on cultivation, engagement, and retention. Provide general account set up, administrative and project management support to the practice Professionally manage clients, flagging needs for follow up and nudges when needed by sales and practice leaders.  Communicate asynchronously with clients in a timely manner Leverage Placement technology to engage with clients Overall, deliver spectacular service to wonderful clients who are committed to improving their leadership skills!  Who You Are: Proven experience working in a client-facing, recruiting, executive search, or project management role within professional services or related organizations (sales, consulting, talent acquisition) Prioritization Whiz who is able to balance multiple projects with set deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experienced communicator with strong oral and written communication skills with an ability to easily establish rapport with others Inclusive collaborator who thrives in a company culture where all are welcomed, included, and given the opportunity to succeed Quick thinker, able to think quickly on your feet and work with minimal supervision Self-starter with a strong, entrepreneurial work ethic with an intrinsic desire to succeed Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications: 2-3 years prior administrative or project management experience 1+ year in a client support role Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 1 + years utilizing a CRM system Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Experience developing and customizing client proposals and completing RFP requests Knowledge of creating social media content, campaigns, client engagement programming, and customizing sales materials for client proposals.   Benefits Include: Health insurance, HSA, dental insurance; disability insurance; life Insurance; paid time off; and vision insurance, 401(k).
