Responsibilities
• Identify opportunities through client engagement, networks, and market intelligence tools• Align opportunity pursuit to company criteria and strategic priorities• Support and drive the early and later stages of capture activities• Identify and negotiate with partners• Achieve and exceed annual sales goals• Develop business development skills of key staff
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree and 15 years of experience• 7-10 years' experience in business development or equivalent role• Strong working knowledge of federal government's sales cycle• Experience with DHS, EPA, DOE, DOI, or DOT• Superior proficiency with Microsoft Office tools• Experience with CRM tools
