Our Managing Attorney, Marco Flores, is a dedicated entrepreneur who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and securing the best outcomes for our clients. He understands the struggle of dealing with insurance companies that are not treating you fairly and is committed to fighting on your behalf. We need someone who can help us take control of our incoming leads to make sure they know they have hired an expert law firm that gets them the result they deserve. Your responsibility will be to sign them up as clients and keep the pipeline moving and in doing so you will qualify for incentive bonuses.
Ideally, you will have experience in customer service and closing deals in different industries and handling concerns from leads. Most importantly, you will need to be a culture fit and possess a great attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves and help wherever is needed. You speak great Spanish and can hold a conversation no problem. You love closing and closing loves you. Your friends accuse you of being caffeinated (while on the phone with them). Your basic responsibilities: Treat our leads like found treasure. Take calls from incoming leads Describe the client experience, our credibility, and get contracts signed Follow up with leads relentlessly until they are closed Handle concerns for hiring an attorney Complete Intake forms with incoming potential clients Assist team members as needed Update lead management software to track your efforts and notes Track metrics for incoming leads and signed contracts Communicate with potential and existing clients by phone, text and email Back up other team members when needed. Minimizing the attorney's involvement when closing the client (you will want to eventually be better at closing new clients than the attorneys) Dealing with objections to hiring a lawyer. Tracking Metrics for Signed Contracts. Help out on phones and welcome guests. Data Entry Skills. Scheduling / Maintaining calendars for yourself and intake team if and when needed. These items are non-negotiable : You must be available to work in the office on an agreed time/schedule. You must be comfortable learning to work with various computer programs, databases and systems. You must be reliable, trustworthy and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
