Responsibilities
• Serve as part of a Tier 2/3 organization• Deploy, configure, and support iOS devices in a client/server environment• Administer and manage mobile devices (MDM) and mobile applications (MAM)• Engage with business and IT stakeholders to solve complex technology challenges• Assist with system administration of VMWare WS1 UEM/AirWatch• Support business enablement applications such as Microsoft O365• Support mobile application development and mobile device management solutions• Integrate PKI concepts and certificates into mobile apps• Concisely summarize and document client issues• Plan and execute activities using Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Power BI
Requirements
• At least 3 years' experience with Level 1 network and VPN diagnosis and troubleshooting• At least 3 years' experience deploying, configuring, and supporting iOS devices• At least 7 years of overall IT experience• At least 5 years' experience providing general desktop support• At least 5 years' experience supporting business enablement applications• At least 5 years' experience with mobile application development and mobile device management solutions• Experience with engineering PKI concepts and certificate integrations• Excellent written and oral communication skills• 2 years minimum experience planning and executing activities using various software• Experience with managing headless Linux servers
Key Skills Needed
• Technical knowledge of Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) tools• Experience with VMWare WS1 UEM/AirWatch and MSFT Intune• Networking and VPN troubleshooting• Scripting in PowerShell, Python, C++, Java-script, SQL, HTML 4 or Swift• Experience with Microsoft O365• Mobile application development and mobile device management• Experience with PKI concepts and certificate integrations• Strong written and oral communication skills• Experience with Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Power BI• Experience with headless Linux servers
