Description:
End to End Supply Chain/Customer Care Support Representative
Point of contact for communications and escalations as it relates to the daily fulfillment and execution of activities supporting our customer portfolios throughout the order fulfillment life-cycle. Ensure on-time and complete delivery of goods by developing and maintaining proper inventory levels.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide SAP Purchase Order and Customer Order processing. Proactively communicate with Customers on order status and manage the order to cash process. Communicate with manufacturers on production/quality lab status to support customer requirements. Communicate across the organization, collaborating with key business partners and support the execution of the Sales & Operations Planning between Supply Chain, Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Finance. Utilizing your experience in ERP systems (i.e., SAP & APO DP), coordinate with Master Production Schedulers to optimize regional production requirements. Plan order requirements for raw materials and packaging components for contract manufacturing formulation and packaging sites.
Create and transmit purchase orders against established purchase agreements for raw material and packaging components. Create stock transfer orders to move raw materials and packaging components between warehouse locations and/or toll sites to support production, and create delivery notes for stock transfers.
Post receipts of raw materials and packaging for toll manufacturers without SAP connections. Create, maintain, and monitor reports to track open orders, supplier confirmations, and delivery dates to ensure communication of order and delivery status Confirm required logistics activities are being organized for all related shipments Escalate and Expedite as necessary.

Enter Customer Complaints. Confirm availability of required labels at production point. Reconcile month end physical inventories against SAP entries, verify invoices for approval, and assist in controlling raw material/packaging material deliveries and finished raw production at third party formulation and packaging
