Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing Specialist - Americas
Position Type: Fully Remote
Annual Salary Range: $65,250 - $95,700
Note: Salary depends on skills, experience, qualifications, market, and business considerations.
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing Specialist for the Americas region, covering the United States, Canada, and Latin America. This fully remote position is perfect for someone passionate about shaping employer brand strategies and enhancing recruitment marketing efforts.
What You'll Do
Develop and Execute Strategies: Create and implement a comprehensive employer branding and recruitment marketing strategy to meet our talent goals.
Manage Recruiting Channels: Optimize various recruiting channels and technologies for both internal and external talent acquisition.
Lead Global Initiatives: Oversee global programs like the employee advocacy program and paid social media campaigns.
Tailor Branding Programs: Design and execute targeted employer branding initiatives aligned with our employment value proposition.
Provide Thought Leadership: Offer insights and strategies for employer branding tailored to local cultures and diverse talent groups.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with corporate communication, HR, and business marketing teams to produce engaging content for candidates.
Enhance Recruiting Effectiveness: Improve the performance of all recruiting channels through strategic resource allocation.
Support Talent Acquisition Leaders: Partner with regional talent acquisition leaders to drive the adoption of recruitment tools and technologies.
Manage Social Media Content: Develop and maintain a social media content calendar with regular performance metrics.
Improve Candidate Experience: Innovate and implement new approaches to enhance candidate communications.
Oversee Paid Social Media: Manage paid social media campaigns using our designated software system.
Train Regional Teams: Conduct training sessions for regional teams on tools and systems like CRM, Amplify, and job portals.
Support Veteran Programs: Collaborate with the military veterans program lead to develop and execute marketing strategies.
Manage Online Profiles: Maintain profiles on platforms such as LinkedIn, The Muse, Fairygodboss, Indeed, and BuiltIn.
Promote Employee Advocacy: Lead the global promotion plan for the employee advocacy program.
Implement CRM: Lead the implementation and training for CRM tools globally.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in marketing, employer branding, or recruitment advertising.
Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
Skills
Copywriting & Design: Strong skills in writing, designing, and editing compelling content.
Social Media Management: Proficient in managing various social media channels, especially LinkedIn.
Communication & Interpersonal: Excellent at building partnerships and managing multiple stakeholders globally.
Program Management: Capable of planning, facilitating, and implementing projects and programs successfully.
