• Resolve sensitive and complex employee concerns and conflicts• Advise on corrective actions and disciplinary actions• Conduct data analytics and recommend solutions• Review and update HR policies and processes• Lead panels for the Employee Relations Review Program
Requirements
• BA/BS with 5 years of Employee Relations or similar role experience• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills• Strong relationship management and influencing skills• Ability to maintain confidentiality and analyze situations
