Responsibilities:
This role has a deep understanding of the diverse needs, opportunities, and touchpoints throughout the employee lifecycle. Leveraging employee listening and key HR and employer branding metrics, this individual will help map the Team Member journey, strategize, and partners with others to implement employee experience programs that promote Spirit and creates positive, meaningful, and fulfilling experiences for Team Members throughout their entire lifecycle. They will contribute to drive a consistent employer branding that aligns the organizations brand promises, while celebrating Spirits unique culture. They will utilize their expertise to collect and evaluate data, driving initiatives that inspire pride and foster belonging and connection among all our Team Members.

Leverage existing data, such as employer brand perception, talent attraction, Team Member surveys, turnover, etc., to map the Team Member journey.
Build relationships throughout the organization to understand the Team Member journey across different Team Member groups.
Conceptualize authentic Team Member experiences that foster employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention through consistent employer branding.
Influence and partner with the necessary areas to develop key programs that support the Team Member Journey and Experience, drive program implementation, maintenance, and accountability.
Partner with key HR and business areas to regularly assess and gather Team Member feedback to identify areas for improvement in the employee experience.
Partner with HR, HRIS, and marketing teams, to align the Team Member Experience strategy with the organizational goals and values.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop internal marketing initiatives that foster connection and enhances Team Member experiences.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in employee experience.
Facilitate goal management, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and provide opportunities for individual growth.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field or equivalent working experience.
1-3 years of proven experience in human resources, employee relations, or a related area (experience in aviation is a plus).
Understands full employee lifecycle.
Analytical and data driven.
Excellent attention to detail.
Comfortable with employee experience strategy planning and implementation.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively cross-functionally at all levels.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to effectively navigate and leverage a large and complex organizational structure to maximize efficiency.
Build relationships, think critically, and communicate clearly.
Domestic & International travel under 10% of the time.
Exerts up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally or a negligible amount frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods.
