Responsibilities
• Develop strategies to improve engagement• Manage programs designed to foster a strong culture• Manage internship and mentorship programs• Develop and execute internal communication plan• Assist with comprehensive onboarding program• Lead employee engagement programs• Manage employee recognition program• Organize employee special events• Assess programs and feedback for creative ideas• Provide routine information regarding events, policies, and procedures• Manage special projects assigned by VP
Requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite• Organizational and prioritization skills• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines• Team player with judgment and initiative• Flexible and adaptable• Bachelor's degree preferred• Previous experience in employee engagement preferred• Ability to travel up to 80% of the time
