Our Client Advisors ...
Are responsible for identifying, soliciting and closing new business for the company
Generate an ongoing list of prospects
Utilize cold calls, prospecting emails, mail, professional associations, and networking to contact prospective clients
Have the ability to identify opportunities to bring all of World's solutions to our clients - beyond employee benefits (and enjoy the financial rewards of doing so)
Identify exposures, make recommendations, and create custom programs to eliminate gaps in coverage
Identify opportunities to round out accounts for existing clients
Maintain client relationships and retention of accounts through agency's renewal workflows.
Our Client Advisors also . . .
Bring 3-5 years of experience working in an insurance brokerage or carrier
Are personable and highly motivated to grow personal success
Possess highly effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Have excellent organization and follow-up skills
Are consultative and brig a positive and resourceful approach to dealing with prospective clients and associates
Leverage excellent listening skills with strong customer focus
Are experienced using Employee Benefits and Sales software platforms such as BenefitPoint and HubSpot
Work independently and enjoy a high degree of interaction with team members
Contribute to a collaborative environment by consistently demonstrating teamwork, high motivation, positive behavior and effort to achieve goals and objectives
Consistently demonstrate that they are self-motivated and driven
Maintain a sense of urgency and ability to work with and meet deadlines
Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication, including the ability actively listen, and problem solve with minimal assistance
Demonstrates excellent time management and prioritization skills
Show strong attention to detail and a commitment to a high level of accuracy
Multitask, prioritize, work independently, and use discretion surrounding sensitive information
Maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude
