Are responsible for identifying, soliciting and closing new business for the company Generate an ongoing list of prospects Utilize cold calls, prospecting emails, mail, professional associations, and networking to contact prospective clients Have the ability to identify opportunities to bring all of World's solutions to our clients - beyond employee benefits (and enjoy the financial rewards of doing so) Identify exposures, make recommendations, and create custom programs to eliminate gaps in coverage Identify opportunities to round out accounts for existing clients Maintain client relationships and retention of accounts through agency's renewal workflows.
