Part-time position (0.70 FTE) for BC/BE Emergency Physician at Vernon Memorial Healthcare, Viroqua, Wisconsin. We are a CMS 5-star rated Critical Access Hospital in the enchanting Driftless Region of SW Wisconsin. Newer 11-bed ED with all private rooms. Volume 9,000 with 25% admit/transfer rate. Evening and weekend APP UC coverage. Point-of-care ultrasound. 24/7 CT, CTA, ultrasound with attending read. Epic EMR (v2018) + Dragon. 12 or 24 hours shifts. Employed status offering competitive compensation with benefits including health insurance, vacation/CME, 401(k) matching and malpractice+tail. Very low cost of living.
