Job SummaryUsing Excel functions, formulas, and tools to query, drill, extract, and analyze large datasets, identify trends, and derive insights.Creating reports and dashboards to present findings and key metrics in a clear and understandable format.Monitor task lists and ensure actions are completed in a timely manner.Assist the EPaCE office and team members with daily tasks and ongoing projects.Effectively and professionally correspond with and provide customer service to both internal and external customers in a courteous and positive manner in person, via email, and phone.Assist with preparation for and setting up of special events.Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma or its equivalent. Four years of general office support or technical experience.
