Job Description
As part of the eFlorist team, you'll have broad exposure to various marketing tactics, including Search Engine Optimization efforts. As the critical piece to many of our operations, this role gets a front-row seat to understanding why and how we do what we do to support florists, as well as spearhead initiatives to improve.
Assist in the onboarding of new eFlorist members via one-on-one training on the website platforms and eFlorist marketing programs
Provide support to eFlorist marketing programs and digital marketing-specific website requests
Have a working knowledge of and/or willingness to learn about a wide range of topics, including search engine optimization, paid search marketing, blog implementation, link-building, etc. with ability to work independently
Manage day to day client relationships through conference calls and presentations
Design and deliver training classes to various internal and external groups on occasion
Assist with various eFlorist digital marketing and website projects
Qualifications:
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven ability to learn new skills
Interest in e-commerce and digital marketing
Great organization skills and can work independently
Great customer service skills
Ability to train florist's on digital marketing suggestions
SEO and paid search marketing experience helpful
