Job Title: Electronics Technician Location: Orlando, FL
Our client is a leading Electronics Manufacturer dedicated to producing high-quality electronic components for various industries. With a strong commitment to innovation and excellence, they are seeking a skilled Electronics Technician to join their team!
Responsibilities:
Assemble, test, and troubleshoot electronic components and systems according to engineering specifications and quality standards. Perform soldering and rework tasks on surface-mount and through-hole components. Conduct functional testing and inspection of electronic products using specialized equipment and tools. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues and improve manufacturing processes. Maintain accurate records of assembly and testing processes, including any modifications or repairs. Assist in the development and documentation of assembly procedures and work instructions. Qualifications:
Associate's degree or equivalent in Electronics Technology or related field. Proven experience in electronics assembly and testing within a manufacturing environment. Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation. Strong soldering skills and familiarity with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety practices. Knowledge of electronic components, circuitry, and test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Qualifications:
IPC-A-610 or equivalent certification in electronics assembly. Experience with automated test equipment and production software. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles. Benefits:
