The Electro-Mechanical Technician will install, maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot and repair production and building equipment, including but not limited to, high speed CNC machines, grinders, laser welders, laser engravers, sonic cleaning equipment, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, lighting. Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Inspect, maintain repair and overhaul electromechanical and solid state electrical equipment, using a variety of electrical test equipment, meters, powered and non-powered tools and equipment Observe, investigate and diagnose malfunctions and take appropriate corrective actions.Maintain and repair electrical and electronic systems for Project facilities and equipment.Maintain company preventative maintenance programs by adherence to schedules, procedures and CMMS documentation.Lead a work party in performing maintenance or repair work.Respond to maintenance requests; maintain records of all work performed,Work with Tool Crib Attendant to identify required spare parts, and determines on-hand quantitiesAid the development of building maintenance and safety procedures manualsContribute to the preparation of bid specifications for routine service, repairs, and capital projectsRespond to emergency service calls afterhours, evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededMaintain a clean and orderly work area using 5S principals.Assist the development and implementation of preventative maintenance programs for all systemsUse CMMS system as neededExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills is a mustPerform other miscellaneous duties as required.

Must have technical, vocational, or on the job training in an Electro Mechanical field, MA Electrical License Required. Good understanding of routine preventative maintenance and a strong working knowledge of mechanical mechanisms, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, as well as a current and valid Massachusetts driver's license.
Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office, Outlook , familiar with CMMS, be able to prioritize in a high volume environment under tight deadlines, controlled budgets and time constraints.
