Overview: We are looking for an a experienced Electrician, who is highly motivated, and detail oriented to join our team! This individual p erforms a variety of electrical trade functions such as the installation, maintenance, or repair of equipment for the generation, distribution, or utilization of electric energy. Installing or repairing any of a variety of electrical equipment such as generators, transformers, switchboards, controllers, circuit breakers, motors, heating units, conduit systems, or other transmission equipment. Working from blueprints, drawings, layouts, or other specifications; locating and diagnosing trouble in the electrical system or equipment. You will be working closely with different members of our team, so you will need to be quick on your feet and have an engaging attitude.

Your role:
This person will be responsible for but, not limited to operating the boiler and chilled water plants, and maintaining temperatures throughout the building. They will take water samples of boiler, loop, and cooling tower systems and treat the water to maintain predetermined levels of chemical concentration. Responsibilities will also include operating various equipment's, maintaining domestic hot and cold water systems, and observing various electrical switchgear to ensure proper operation. This person will be called upon to make repairs to guest room and public spaces as necessary including but not limited to kitchen, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs. They will be assigned to cleaning and general maintenance duties in the engineering spaces as well as other assigned daily operations.
