Electrical Service Manager

We are looking for a qualified Electrical Service Manager with experience in Construction to join our team. The Electrical Service Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing service delivery, customer accounts and service level agreements. The successful candidate must have proven experience in account management, understanding of Service Level Agreements and related electrical service processes. As a Service Manager, you will have the chance to be part of many projects and have direct input into the strategy and direction of the company. What You Will Be Doing The Electrical Service Manager will be responsible for developing service delivery plans for customers, managing customer accounts and providing technical advice and guidance. You will also be responsible for leading the team to provide a quality service and ensure customer satisfaction.
What You Need for this Position - 5+ years of experience managing electrical service accounts and processes, including service level agreements.
- Strong understanding of electrical service processes and customer service excellence.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience in the commercial or industrial construction industry
