We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified Electrical Service Manager to join our team. As an Electrical Service Manager you will play a crucial role in managing and ensuring smooth operation and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Job Duties to include but not limited to:
Managing a team of electrical service technicians
Ensuring the timely completion of all service projects within scope and within budget.
Developing and implementing project strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
Maintain strong relationships with customers ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple electrical projects.
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Manage changes to the project scope project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members individual strengths skill sets and experience levels.
Analyze the successful completion of short and longterm goals.
Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
Develop comprehensive project plans.
Attending conferences and training required to maintain proficiency.
Develop spreadsheets diagrams and process maps to document needs.
