Your New Role: Plan, organize, and collaborate with Human Resources to staff key field positions for assigned projects. Establish objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards to complete project scopes as per contract documents. Analyze bid documents and existing site conditions to outline the scope of work, ensuring all conditions and requirements are met. Identify and mitigate risks in the scope of work, ensuring related costs are covered. Manage all pre-construction requirements of projects to ensure efficiency and profitability, providing metrics and data to senior management. Understand requests for information (RFIs), change orders, and progress billing processes. Define and manage labor hours, material procurement, equipment needs, and customer reporting requirements. Deploy electricians strategically with the correct materials and equipment to complete the project scope of work, providing ongoing direction on projects. Conduct field site visits for pre-bid surveys, kick-off meetings, progress walks, punch walks, and turnovers. This Job Is for You If: You have 3+ years of field experience as a commercial or commercial construction Electrician, with a Journeyman or Masters License preferred. You have 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager overseeing electrical scopes of work. You're proficient with bid board, Accubid, Procore, or similar software. You can communicate professionally both verbally and in writing. You can prioritize tasks effectively and manage deadlines efficiently. You're proficient in creating, editing, and analyzing Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, and PowerPoint presentations. You're authorized to work in the US. Ready to elevate your career? 3+ years of field experience as a commercial or commercial construction Electrician, Journeyman or Masters License preferred. 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager overseeing electrical scopes of work. Knowledge of Bid board, Accubid, Procore, or similar type software is a plus. Ability to communicate both verbally and thorough writing professionally. Ability to prioritize tasks according to deadlines and urgency and complete them in a timely and professional manner. Ability to comprehend, summarize, edit, and analyze data. Ability to create, navigate, search, and update company systems (emails, work orders, reports, bids, invoices, etc.) Proficient with creating, editing, and analyzing Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, and PowerPoint presentations.
