Responsibilities for this Position ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES: As an Electrical Hardware Development Lead, youll lead a cross functional team responsible for the electrical hardware design from requirements analysis through schematic capture, managing of layout constraints, supporting PWB layout, manufacturing, and integration & test. Youll work with both internal and external stakeholders and customers to develop mission critical hardware systems that meets their high expectations. You will have the opportunity to be involved in all program phases, including proposal development and business capture, hardware design, test, and production support. You will primarily support the development of airborne mission computers, but may be asked to support the development of electrical hardware for space, ground, sea, or cyber applications.
We encourage you to apply if you have any of these preferred skills or experiences: leading technical teams through electrical hardware development, high-speed circuit card design of backplanes and modules incorporating embedded processors or FPGAs, knowledge of advanced memory devices and storage protocols.
