We are an electrical contractor, design build, and construction firm looking t bring on an experienced electrical estimator to join our team. What you will be doing
The Electrical Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate and timely electrical estimates for a variety of projects. This position works closely with project teams to determine scope, cost and time estimates for projects. The Electrical Estimator will utilize electrical estimating software, such as Accubid, in order to prepare estimates.
Key Responsibilities
Analyzing specifications, drawings, and other documents to prepare accurate and timely electrical estimates.
Utilizing electrical estimating software, such as Accubid, to prepare estimates.
Ensure material take-offs and labor estimates are accurate and complete.
Engage in preconstruction activities, including design-build, design-assist projects, and multi-million dollar electrical projects.
Provide technical advice and cost estimates on potential projects.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience as an Electrical Estimator.
Experience with electrical estimating software, such as Accubid.
Thorough understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
Experience with Bluebeam and Accubid Live Count.
Competitive base salary ($100,000-$130,000)
