Responsibilities Interpret specifications and customer requirements from Sales, Project Managers and Engineering ManagementSupport NPD (New Product Development) projects hands-on, with prototyping and Commissioning Interface with Manufacturing and Commissioning with design issuesProduce technical documentation to support designsCreate electrical schematics and 3D panel layouts using Eplan P8 and Pro PanelExport BoM data for electrical hardwareIssue designs into the PLM system via the ECO processProvide technical support through production and commissioningWork within the company quality and safety proceduresProvide service support and action ECRs allocatedVisit sites as requiredUphold the company's core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company's Code of Ethics and ConductIt is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problemDuties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business Qualifications Bachelor's degree in electrical/ electronic engineering highly desired (or Associate's/ Technical Equivalent)Knowledge of and interested in the development of electrical systemsUnderstanding of PLC and control systemsFlexibility to respond to changing business needsAbility to travel nationally and internationally up to 10%Strong presentation skills Great time management skillsAble to work as part of a team and individuallyProficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, OneNote, Outlook, Presentation, Teams & Word)Enthusiastic to learn, willing to listen, ask questions and to progress as an individualDesirable Experience in using CAD platforms such as AutoCAD, Eplan or Solidworks ElectricalPostgraduate degree in a relevant field of study.#LI-onsite Please review our benefits here: Life at OSI
