Title: Education Sales Executive - Charter Schools
Department & Division: Education
Status: Full-Time Exempt
Reports to: Managing Director
Location: Remote - Anywhere in Texas
Job Summary
As an Education Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our mission by prospecting and engaging with charter school education accounts. Your responsibilities include understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and fostering long-term relationships to drive sales revenue. We are seeking a proactive individual with a passion for education and a talent for strategic business development.
Essential Job Functions
Initiate and develop new business opportunities within the K-12 charter school sector.
Utilize networking and social media outreach to connect with key stakeholders and generate interest in our solutions.
Conduct thorough needs assessments and deliver compelling sales presentations to decision-makers.
Demonstrate proficiency in sales, platform, and social media technologies.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while adhering to company guidelines.
Basic Qualifications
This position requires experience in one or both of the following areas:
3+ years of corporate and/or K-12 education sales experience, preferably in subscription-based models or professional services environments.
3+ years of experience in education, with the ability to transition into an education sales role.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Strong consultative sales skills with a focus on lead generation and prospecting.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with Leader in Me implementation is advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in education, business, organizational development, or a related field.
Knowledge of the Texas education market is a plus.
