Responsibilities
• Adopts an enthusiastic, assertive, and passionate approach to Guest Service• Seeks out guest contact and displays enthusiasm and boundless amounts of fun energy• Ensure extended lines are managed safely while maintaining excellent guest experience• Maintain well-stocked displays and point of sale in public areas• Follow opening and closing procedures• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Security, including COVID-19 policies• Deliver fun talks and animal interaction sessions (for SEA LIFE specific duties)• Help maintain cleanliness of the aquarium (for SEA LIFE specific duties)• Educate guests about conservation in a fun and upbeat manner (for SEA LIFE specific duties)
Requirements
• 6 months - 1 year of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality• Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills• Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces• Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team• Flexible availability for various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
