Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
Identify customer needs, provide appropriate solutions, and utilize provided scripts when necessary
Employ top-notch customer service techniques to establish rapport and foster positive relationships with customers
Thoroughly document all interactions with customers
Stay updated with ongoing trainings to enhance skills and knowledge
Qualifications:
Must be a resident of Utah.
High school diploma or GED preferred; protocols available for those aged 14 to 17
Previous experience in a call center or similar role is advantageous
Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities are essential
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain organized while managing multiple tasks
