Job Description

The salary range for this position is $55,000- $63,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.

GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitors incoming products and inventory to launch products on a daily/weekly basis.
Creates, formats and imports product & description data for platform uploads.
Gathers, reworks and uploads product Images to parent company proprietary Content Management System.
Monitors, prioritizes, and coordinates products to be shot to align with campaigns and inventory delivery dates to ensure all images of product are available at time of launch.
Merchandises the product on the website based on product selling and inventory levels on a daily/weekly basis.
Assists with daily marketing campaigns covering link compilation, asset wiring, campaign testing & scheduling.
Provides past season product catalog details & images to internal & external parties on monthly cadence or as requested.
Tracks and updates product data logs and sheets to capture and maintain records of product's status.
Assist in weekly meeting with DTC team on Product Enablement status, product progress, issues and delays.
Compile, analyze & distribute recommendations on New Release & Out Of Stock status' for product catalog on monthly cadence
Activates and deactivates products on the site with an accurate report.
Queues or generates landing pages for merchandising marketing messages as needed.
Prioritizes technical requests or issues across through email, Slack, Asana, and/or JIRA and parent company proprietary ecommerce solutions spanning Catalog, Promotions & Email.
Performs additional responsibilities assigned by the Director of Ecommerce Operations & Merchandising related to the role's position/department.
Assists with creating content briefs for site banners and emails by adding monthly products bought for ecommerce.
Assists with basic technical implementations for email marketing, site banner uploads, and others as needed.
Applies eCommerce best practices when merchandising products & collections on the site.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or 2 years or related work experience.
2+ years of customer service in a retail or e-commerce environment.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Working knowledge of eCommerce platforms and marketing software.
Demonstrates high level of quality work and attendance.
Proficient computer skills: Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Business Suite (Gmail, Meets, Chat, Sheets).
Proficient knowledge of eCommerce business processes.
Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management.
Demonstrates a high level of energy and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
