Our client, a leading manufacturer and seller of kitchen appliances, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven eCommerce Multi-Channel Account Manager. to spearhead their venture into the e-commerce landscape, establishing and nurturing relationships with key accounts such as Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, Macy's, Costco, and more.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with eCommerce accounts, overseeing all aspects of account management, from negotiations and product placements to ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with eCommerce accounts, including Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, Macy's, Costco, and others. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns across eCommerce platforms. Drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities, negotiating terms, and securing favorable placements for their products. Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and strategic initiatives. Serve as the primary point of contact for eCommerce partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Coordinate with regulatory agencies and compliance teams to ensure product listings adhere to industry standards and guidelines. Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management on key account metrics, performance trends, and market insights. Stay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and eCommerce best practices to drive continuous innovation and improvement. Qualifications: 5+ years of proven track record of success in eCommerce account management, preferably within the consumer goods or retail industry. Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence key decision-makers at major e-commerce accounts. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and ideas. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to drive strategic decision-making. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and best practices, including familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, and other major online retailers. Experience in project management, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Leadership experience, including the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals. Location: Brooklyn, NY
Salary: $200K
