- 3+ years store management, division front end or eCommerce management, or Retail Operations management experience
- Proven leadership skills and ability to persuade/influence others
- Ability to analyze data and communicate recommendations
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal and presentation skills

- Bachelor's Degree Evaluate current eCommerce operational best practices & results. Identify areas of improvement and develop enterprise-wide solutions Support store and divisions teams with the execution of new processes and best practices Identify and develop solutions to improve store processes, the Associate & Customer experience and eCommerce sales. Collaborate with key stakeholders to innovate and develop standard technology solutions to support the eCommerce experience throughout the enterprise Assist in the development of written training/communication plans and documentation Monitor the retail industry for innovative eCommerce solutions.
