Responsibilities
• Manages requests for IEAP services from client stakeholders• Answers inbound and outbound calls, triaging and assessing for appropriate EAP response• Schedules appointments and documents client information• Provides administrative support to clinical staff• Creates outstanding customer experience as first point of contact with EAP• Takes ownership and oversees all administrative functions• Manages requests for counseling services and ensures client support• Coordinates routine and non-routine projects and maintains complex files and records
Requirements
• Ability to manage sensitive and emotional incoming calls• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills• Excellent customer service skills• Experience in an office or clerical position• Effective verbal, written, interpersonal communication, and collaboration skills• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)• Experience in EAP or healthcare setting (preferred)
