As part of their continuous growth and commitment to excellence, they are seeking a talented and experienced E&I Superintendent-Maintenance to join their team.
What You Will Do:
Safety Leadership: Champion our safety vision "Home Safe Everyday" by providing leadership and direction to ensure a safe working environment.Team Leadership: Lead the Instrument and Electrical Maintenance team's daily activities, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.Work Scope Management: Develop and manage I&E work scopes on daily/weekly schedules, turnarounds, and routine outages to optimize plant performance.Emergency Management: Handle emergency work effectively, identifying and mitigating plant vulnerabilities promptly.Communication and Collaboration: Maintain open communication across site teams, supporting other departments as needed to achieve organizational goals.Incident Investigations: Lead or participate in incident investigations as required, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.Compliance: Ensure compliance in areas of responsibility, including SIS testing, environmental analyzers, PM's, MOC's, and PSM corrective actions.Cost Management: Manage cost targets effectively, including budgeting, overtime, contract bids, change order management, etc., to maximize operational efficiency. What You Will Bring:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.Experience: Minimum of 7 years in I&E Maintenance in the petrochemical or related industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.Standards and Codes: Familiarity with industry codes and standards such as NFPA 70E, NFPA 70B, ISA 81, ISA 61511, and NETA is preferred.Technical Skills: Strong analytical and controls systems experience is preferred, demonstrating a deep understanding of maintenance practices.Credentials: Ability to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) card.
