Drywall Project Manager / Estimator

Our client company is recognized throughout the Midwest for their expertise in interior finishing and general contracting services, including Light Gauge and Structural Metal Framing, Drywall Hanging and Finishing, Acoustical Ceiling Grid and Tile, and Installation of Doors, Frames, and Hardware.
This is an amazing opportunity for experienced professionals looking to take the next step in their career. As a PM/Estimator, you will be responsible for detailed take-offs, computer-generated estimates, proposals, schedule of values, and contract reviews using OST and Quick Bid software.
Project Manager/Estimator Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed take-offs for projects
- Generate accurate computer estimates and proposals
- Review contracts and schedules of values
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure project success
Project Manager/Estimator Essential Job Functions:
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in estimating
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in construction estimating software (OST, Quick Bid)
- Knowledge of construction industry practices and standards
